By placing an order at Holly Memories you agree to these terms.

Products. Holly Memories™ orbs are personalized with the photo or video you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any content you send us. We only adapt files technically so they play on the orb, and we never share them.

Prices and offers. Prices are in US dollars. Promotional prices, bundles, discount codes and free gifts are valid while displayed on the site and may change without notice. Free gift items have no cash value.

Orders. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, especially during the holiday season.

Returns. See our Return Policy: 90-day returns on every order.

Warranty. The optional 90-Day Warranty covers the replacement of an orb that stops working under normal use within 90 days of delivery.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
