Return Policy

90 days to change your mind. If your Holly Memories orb is not what you hoped for, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How it works. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we send you return instructions. Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Conditions. Items should come back in their original condition with the desk base, cord and USB-C cable. You keep the gift box. Add-ons (90-Day Warranty, Shipping Protection, Priority Processing) are refunded together with the product.

Damaged or defective. If your orb arrives damaged or stops working within 90 days, we replace it free of charge. For damaged-on-arrival items no return is needed: just send us a photo.

Your photos and videos. The files you send us are used only to load your orb and are deleted from our systems after your order ships.
