Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on every US order.

Processing. Every Holly Memories orb is loaded with your photo or video, tested and packed by hand before it ships. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your file. Orders with Priority Processing are loaded first and ship within 24 hours of receiving your file.

Delivery. Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Holiday cutoff. To receive your order before Christmas, place it by December 8 and send us your file within 24 hours of ordering.

Lost or damaged. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we reship it free of charge.

Shipping area. We currently ship to the United States only.
